Employment Based Immigration
Pappas and Lenzo assists its business and organizational clients in developing immigration strategies as part of their overall human resource operations. The Firm provides support services in establishing hiring and documentation procedures (such as I-9 employment verification and H-1B public access compliance) and has successfully represented various clients in compliance audits. Pappas and Lenzo works with its clients to obtain the appropriate employment based visa for their employees, which typically consist of the following types of visas:
- Non-immigrant Visas:
- H-1B and other "H" classifications, L-1A, L-1B, TN, O, and B.
- Immigrant Visas:
- Alien labor certification, I-140 immigrant petitions, national interest waivers and adjustment of status applications.
Visa Services
Pappas and Lenzo provides information and guidance to our clients on visa matters for international travel and relocation to the United States. This includes preparation of applications for visa revalidation, preparation and filing of visa applications and supporting documents with U.S. and foreign consulates.
Family Based Immigration
Pappas and Lenzo assists families and individuals to obtain appropriate immigrant visas, including immediate relative petitions, fiancé visas, foreign consular processing, and all other preference petitions.
